Fifty South Six is a 31-story,  multi-tenant office tower with a substantial parking ramp. 

Parsons contribution to the project included extensive value engineering, a complete copper riser voice/data distribution system, and an extensive power bus riser system served from a 7.5 MVA electrical service and electronic building controls.
