The Rosedale 14 Theaters has fourteen auditoriums,  including two auditoriums with screens that are 3 stories high and 50 feet wide with a total of  2,300 seats. 

Parsons completed this project on a fast track basis to include a 3000 amps main service, complete battery with inverter back-up lighting, sound system and Lutron Dimming control system. Theatre Construction presents unique challenges with high ceiling, sloped flooring and long corridors.  With Parsons’ years of experience in electrical construction, these challenges can be easily overcome with limited effect on cost and schedule.
