The Dover Air Freight Terminal is a cargo processing and handling facility with associated office, administration, and Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) spaces.  The project incorporates cargo processing areas, carpenter shop, a Mechanized Material Handling System (MMHS), enclosed hazardous materials storage, and administrative space.

Parsons was responsible for the complete electrical, voice/data, mass notification system CCTV, intrusion detection and access control systems.
