The ULSD project for the Flint Hills Refinery produced ultra low-sulfur diesel fuels and converted diesel fuel to gasoline to meet market demand. 

Parsons expertise helped the project meet it's original project completion date of  May 1, 2006, prior to the government mandate of production of ULSD fuel by June 1, 2006.
