This project consisted of a new two-story building to house two new 22-bed units for women along with a library, meeting rooms, community living areas, administration spaces and a nursing unit.

Parsons completed this project as design-assist.  Along with the electrical system Parsons was also responsible for the relocation of the existing 15KV distribution system and the installation of the paging and fire alarm systems.
