Parsons has completed numerous new and expanded retail facilities for Kohl’s, a mid-scale department store company.  All projects were completed design-build.  The average store size of 85,000 square feet includes lighting, co-generation, service and distribution, and site lighting.  We are pleased with the long-term relationship we have established with Kohl’s.
