The Elmer L. Anderson building is located in downtown St. Paul and is the main facility for the Department of Human Resources.  It has 8 office floors and is the main data center for the region.

Parsons completed all electrical including the primary support for the data center with four 300 KVA UPS units and a 1250 KW generator.  Parsons Technologies provided the Voice/Data.
