This 8-story, 304-room conference center is nestled within the University of Minnesota’s Twin Cities campus and has expansive convention space which includes a pool and restaurant. 

Parsons completed this project as a design-assist.  It included specialty & dimming lighting, high-speed data access and numerous energy efficient features.
