The University of Minnesota Dance Center  includes a 120-seat performance theatre, two dance studios, classrooms and faculty offices. 

Parsons completed this design-build project using a negotiated team approach. The project included specialty lighting, dimming controls, a black box performance area and backstage functions.  Due to its distinctive design elements the project required several unique solutions.
